We don't do hard labor!
We only provide the design work. We give you something tangible that you can implement on your own or give to your contractor. This will eliminate the contractor’s portion of the design process along with his/her high price tag for a sketch.
What we need from you
Take 2 or 3 digital pictures of your front, side, or back yard from different angles. Email the pictures to us as a jpeg (extension .jpg.) Include a detailed description as to what you are looking for with regard to style. Some examples of style would be formal, informal, country cottage, modern, gothic, etc. If you want a patio in brick as opposed to slate then specify brick. If you want to leave it up to us then just specify that you want a patio. We love creative freedom, so if you’re not sure what you want but you know you need a change of scenery, then just email your picture and we will come up with some ideas for you.
What we will do for you
We will produce a digitally enhanced photo of your home and its new landscaping and we will email the picture to you for printing at your printer or lab. If you need a hard copy or CD there will be an additional charge for supplies and shipping. We ask for half of the fees upfront with the remainder due when we complete your project. We only take checks and money orders. If you aren’t happy with your design then we will go back to the drawing board and come up with something you do like. We aim to please.
Our designs do not necessarily utilize native plants in your zone. The landscape design should be used for color, texture, height, and dimension. Similar plants can be substituted. Just take the design photo to your local nursery and they will advise you.
Any architectural design; roof pitches, decks, pools, arbors, porticos, etc., are for the sole purpose of giving ideas. We are not contractors. If you cannot obtain a permit for a design we have produced due to regulations we will create an alternate plan for you.
Prices vary per job and range between $30 and $75. We will email a quote to you after we receive your photo and details of the project. A design project consists of one yard only, however we do give discounts for multiple yards around the same home, e.g. front and back yard.
